Nicole Hixon was born in Queens, New York in 1982. She is currently living and working in Warwick, New York after studying in California for 5 years.  During that time she was exploring her new civilization, development, and evolution in art and life, which has continued on her journey back to the east coast. During this examination and journey two monumental life changes occurred in 2015. She obtained her Masters in Fine Art at Stony Brook University and became a mother. Nicole hopes to provoke the viewer to explore and assess her media and question its value in a parallel relationship to themselves.
