Business account

I have started a new instagram account just for my artwork. It is going to take a while to put it together but it has sent me down on memory lane. I posted photos of my first piece of public art in 2006 and WOW! It seems like a lifetime ago. Looking at photos of my husband and I (then my boyfriend) have me reliving undergraduate studio days.

We’re in the process of redoing the carriage house on our property for it to be our new studio. If you didn’t know I met my husband, Andrew, at Nassau Community College and we traveled from NY to CA to finish our Bachelors degrees at CSUSB. He works mostly in ceramics and I in sculpture. Looking at these photos we look like children. It’s hard for me to believe we are in our 40’s now, but seeing the grey in both of us helps remind me.

If you have a chance follow me on instagram, I’ll be including older and behind the scenes art stuff- if you click here you’ll be taken to my new account.

Happy Monday everyone! What are you up to today?
